生产力的跨越式发展是生产力发展的一种重要方式。当代生产力跨越式发展的特点是,以信息化带动工业化,跨越以资源为中心的传统工业化阶段,建立以现代高科技特别是以信息技术为基础的新型工业化。要实现生产力的跨越式发展,从宏观层次来看,必须在坚持社会主义基本原则的前提下,对内坚持社会主义制度和体制的改革与创新,对外扩大开放,以开放的姿态融入世界现代化进程,努力建设好社会主义市场经济体系,坚定不移地实行科教兴国的发展战略,大力推进科技创新。

Productivity's overstepping development is an important manner of productivity's development. The features of the contemporary productivity's overstepping development are to use the information to drive the industrialization,to span the traditional industrialization stage with the resource at its centre,and to establish a new industrialization based on the modern high science and technology especially the information technique.From a macro visual angle,in order to bring about proluctivity's overstepping development,China must adhere to the basic principle of socialism,internally stick to the reform and innovation of socilist system and institution and externally enlarge opening-up,take part in the world modernization,and strive to building the system of socialism market economy and practise the development strategy of making the country prosperous with science and education,and advance the innovation of science and technology vigorously.
