摘要
"叔向断狱"是古史记载中的一则典型案例。对该案例进行全面、深入地解读,有利于我们了解晋国传统法律文化的基本内容以及春秋时晋国的法律制度的概貌。从而明了晋法家理论的提出、政治上的实践是有其历史根源的。
An adjudication of shuxiang' was a typical case in ancient history of China.A comprehensive and deep understanding over this case will be advantage over understanding the traditional culture of laws and the system of laws of Jin state in spring and Autumn periods,and it will be advantage over understanding why and how the theory of legalists was produced and practised politically.
