摘要 随着经济全球化和我国加入 WTO,非公经济进入了新的发展时期 ,同时也面临着更严峻的挑战。对非公企业而言 ,要挑战国内外竞争对手并在竞争中取胜 ,进而获得持久的竞争优势 ,关键在于能否培育其核心竞争力。非公企业要提高竞争优势必须实现的五个方面的转变 ,企业产权主体、管理制度、人力资源配置、经营理念。 The globalization of world economy and China's entry into WTO has brought China's non-public economy to a new stage of development and has meanwhile, exposed it to new challenges. In the case of non-public sector businesses, the key to their survival in the keen competition both at home and abroad, lies in their core competitiveness. To sharpen their competitive edge, non-public businesses have to innovate in the following areas: the entity of business ownership, the management system, allocation of human resources, concepts of management and strategic management.
