血管外肺水监测的进展 被引量:4

摘要 血管外肺水(EVLW)监测的意义在于预防心脏手术等术后肺部并发症,指导重危病人肺水肿的治疗等,对渗透性肺水肿测定EVLW更有临床意义。EVLW监测方法有无创性和创伤性两大类,本文对不同方法进行评估,并认为监测技术与计算机结合更适合于临床需要。
