摘要
研究目的:研究有氧健美操对女大学生心血管功能的影响。研究方法:将参加一学年健美操训练的女大学生作为试验组,未系统参加健美操训练的女大学生作为对照组,进行安静时和运动负荷达125w时的心率、每博输出量、心输出量,以及测定运动训练中,心率达到170次/min时的稳定状况下做的功率(PWC170)值进行比较。结果表明试验组无论在安静状态下,还是运动负荷达到125w时的心率都比对照组缓慢。在运动负荷达125w时每博输出量试验组明显高于对照组,结论:实验组女大学生心脏泵血功能通过健美操训练获得明显提高。
Objective: To study the effect of calisthenics on the cardiovascular function of female college students. Method: use those who have had calisthenics training for one year as the test group and those who haven抰 as the control group. Then determine the heart rates, cardiac output per beat and the total cardiac output of those who are at rest and those with a movement load of 125W.And compare the pwc170 value in the resting state with the heart rate of 170 per minute. The results show that whether in the resting state or with a movement load of 125w, the test group has a shower heart rate and a higher cardiac output per beat than the control one. Conclusion: The function of cardiac pumping is better in the test group than in the control one.
