The conducting of the P. E. practice is a hard work. Because it demands the conducting teachers not only know about the function and feature of the P. E. practice, but also properly disposal the relationship among the conducting teachers and the common students. Furthermore, the conducting teachers must finish the conducting work strictly and evaluate the student teacher抯 practice result scientifically.
