将辅助练习广泛应用于体操普修课中,不仅能有效克服学生在练习体操动作时的心理障碍,充分挖掘学生的心理潜能和体能技能潜力,提高课堂教学质量,活跃课堂气氛,而且能够增强学生进行体操练习的主体意识,为终身体育奠定良好的基础。
Supplementary exercise should be widely used in teaching of Gymnastics, which not only can overcome psychological obstacle during students?practice of movements fully tap psychological potentials and the latent power, improving the quality of teaching activating atmosphere in class. But also can heighten subjective consciousness during practice laying a good foundation for lifelong physical training.
