摘要
自从弗鲁顿伯格(Freudenberger)于1974年首次提出“职业倦怠”(burnout)以来,该领域的研究便日益受到人们的关注。本文以体育教师职业倦怠为主题,探讨体育教师职业倦怠的表现、原因及缓解的对策,以期为了解并解决我国体育教师职业倦怠问题提供参考。
The study of 揵urnout?has captured the interest of both researchers and practitioners since the concept was first defined and explored by Freudenberger in 1974. The paper focuses on burnout in the P. E. teaching profession. In the paper, you can find that the term of burnout is defined, major sources of burnout are identified and, ways in which P. E. teachers can cope with burnout are suggested.
