摘要 以鱼雷舵传动装置中的齿轮为对象 ,研究了齿轮的振动及故障机理 ,设计、完成了大量的齿轮试验工作 ,并应用时域和频域的诊断方法较为成功地实现了齿轮点蚀、齿形误差、断齿等常见故障的诊断 。 In this thesis, gear in hydraulic pressure of torpedo rudder driving device is taken as studied objective, and mechanism of vibration and fault about gear is studied. A lot of gear tests are designed and completed. And the common faults, such as pitting failure, tooth shape error, and tooth breakage are successfully detected by means of experiments and using the diagnosis methods of frequency domain and time domain. In the end, vibration effects of different materials are also studied.
