摘要
信息化建设是现代化科研院所提高生存适应能力与竞争发展能力的重要手段 ,本文以中船重工 70 5研究所昆明分部为例 ,从发展的角度给出了现代化科研院所未来 4 0～ 5 0年内信息化建设的远景目标 ,提出了分四个阶段实施的主体构想 。
Information systems can affect a modern organization and its employees, make its businesses more competitive and efficient. Information system is becoming essential for creating competitive organizations and providing useful products and services to customers.This article describes the strategic object of information system constructing in modern engineering institutes, demonstrates how to approach this object of four steps, and identifies the core activities of every step.
