Percutaneous CT Guided Transthoracic Biopsy

目的 :探讨 CT导向经皮肺穿刺活检诊断肺部疑难病例临床应用价值。方法 :体表标记和定位后对 2 0例诊断不明的肺部病变进行 CT导向经皮肺穿刺活检 ,记录穿刺结果 ,观察并发症。结果 :2 0例病人共穿刺 2 2次 ,其中 18例取得组织块并作细胞涂片 ,2例仅能作细胞涂片。穿刺病理诊断肺癌 16例 ,结核 3例 ,炎症 1例 ,均与手术病理及临床治疗结果相符。少量气胸和少量出血共 4例 ,未经特殊处理恢复正常。结论 :CT导向经皮肺穿刺活检诊断准确、并发症少 。

Objective To study the value of CT percutaneous guided transthoracic biopsy of lung. Methods 20 patients with lung diseases were performed CT percutaneous guided transthoracic biopsy of lung, recorded the biopsy results and the complications. Results 20 patients were performed 22 punctures, 18 cases got tissues pieces and 2 case got cell pieces only, 16 cases were diagnosed as lung cancer by puncture pathology, and 3 cases tuberculosis, and 1 case inflammation .All the results were confirmed by surgery pathology and clinic therapy. Conclusion Percutaneous CT guided transthocic biopsy is safe, effective and practical method for lung diseases with less complication.
