老年人的泌尿系感染和无症状菌尿被引量：2

摘要老年人的泌尿系感染和无症状菌尿是临床常见问题。有感染症状的菌尿病人可用各种常规药物治疗。至于老年人,单纯无症状菌尿的出现,不能以预防肾衰作为理由滥用抗菌素,可不进行抗菌素治疗,临床保持随诊。
