液压光电测压计结构优化分析与试验研究

摘要 采用有限元法模拟计算了液压光电测压计传压盒的受力和变形情况,对传压盒的结构进行了优化分析。介绍了液压光电测压计的标定试验、模拟试验及其结果的分析处理,阐述了这种具有极大推广使用价值的发明专利产品的特性及适用范围。 The hydro-photoelectric pressure gauge,a new patent product,it developed by our institute recently.At first,its technical feature,function and application scope are presented.Secondly,the stress and deformation of pressure transmission cell are simulated by finite element method;and based on the computation results,its structural optimisation analysis has been carried out.At last,the method and process of calibration and indoor simulated test of this pressure gauge,as well as analysis of the test results are described.The test results indicate that the new product has good transducing performance,stable behavior and bright application future.
