抑制素与多囊卵巢综合征
摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女常见的复杂的内分泌及糖代谢异常的病理状态。患者卵泡选择受阻,早卵泡期FSH相对缺乏,雄激素过多,病理过程中是否存在卵泡抑制素自分泌和旁分泌的异常尚有争议。对抑制素的理化性质、分子量、生物活性等予以综述.探讨其在PCOS病因和病理生理中的作用。
