IA期宫颈鳞癌诊断和处理现状 被引量：3

摘要 回顾IA期宫颈癌诊断标准的提出及演变过程,总结宫颈癌IA期诊断中存在的困难,目前各种术式并存、治疗意见不一致的处理现状。目前推荐的处理原则是宫颈癌IA1期行锥切或筋膜外全子宫切除.IA2期行筋膜外全子宫切除或次广泛全子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术。要求生育者可行锥切。建议寻找术前准确诊断IA期宫颈癌的方法,进行前瞻性研究,探讨最合理的处理模式。
