摘要
文章报道了采用SDS法、CTAB法和PVP法提取的香蕉基因组DNA片段大小比较一致,都可直接用于RAPD分析,SDS法提取的DNA纯度较高,吸芽基因组DNA提取率略高于嫩叶,对相同clone不同单株间基因组DNA的RAPD分析结果并不表现出明显的多态性.
The lengths of the genomic DNA fragments extracted by SDS, CTAB and PVP methods from banana are nearly alike and they all can be used in RAPD analysis, in which the DNA fragments extracted by SDS method is purer than those from the others. The DNA yield coming from buds is more than from young leaves. There is not any marked diversity among different plants of the same clone according to RAPD analysis.
