Clinical analysis on the rescue of 19 patients with heart external injury

目的:总结心脏损伤的机制与抢救原则。方法:19例心脏损伤均快速临床判定,静脉切开输液,开胸修补、引流等,争取抢救时机。结果:17例抢救成活,2例死于休克。结论:临床表现及凶险与受伤机制有关,应根据病情危及生命轻重决定抢救的手段和形式。

Objective To summarize the mechanism of heart external injury and its rescue principle.Method Fast diagnose,transport in the vein,open chest operation etc.Results17cases were saved and2were died of shock.Conclusion that the clinical situation are urgent are related to the heart injury.Rescue method and style are based on the heart external injury de-gree to the life.
