氟西丁配合早期康复治疗脑卒中后抑郁的研究

The study of applying Fluoxetine to PSD treatment in early recovery stage

目的:评价氟西丁联合应用早期康复治疗卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法:采用双盲法观察30例早期康复治疗及30例联合应用氟西丁的疗效。结果:观察HAMD评分情况,用药组评分下降快,有效率高,且缺损神经功能恢复较对照组理想。结论:联合应用氟西丁治疗抑郁,不但加快痊愈速度,且可促进缺损神经功能恢复。

Objective To assess the effic iency of Fluoxetine applying to Post-Stroke Depresson(PSD).Method.The efficien-cy of 30cases with early recuperative treatments combining with Fluoxei tine applying were observed.Results.According to HAMD result,the cases with Fluoxetine have a faster dropping and a higher efficiency and a better recovery of lost nerve func-tion.Con clu sion PSD treatment combining with Fluoxetine applying not only can reduce the recuperative times,but also can im-prove the recovery of lost function of nerve.
