胸腺五肽对伴免疫功能低下的2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察

目的 评估胸腺五肽对伴免疫功能低下的2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 选择42例伴免疫功能低下的2型糖尿病患者 ,给予胸腺五肽针剂1mg肌注 ,1次/d ,共30d。观察治疗前后总T淋巴细胞(TT)、总B淋巴细胞(TB)、Th细胞(Th)、Ts细胞、NK细胞百分率及IgA、IgG、IgM浓度变化情况。结果 除Ts外 ,治疗后各免疫指标均较治疗前明显升高。结论

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thymopentin (TP-5) for non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) with immunodeficiency.Methods Forty-two patients of NIDDM with immunodeficiency were selected. Thymopentin was administered (1mg per day for 30 days).The percentage of total T cells (TT),total B cells(TB),Th cells (Th),Ts cells(Ts),natural killers cells(NK) and the concentration of IgA, IgG, IgM were determined on day 1 and day 31 respectively. Results Except for Ts, other immunoindicators were significantly elevated after TP-5 administration. Conclusion TP-5 can promote both specific and nonspecific immunofunction in NIDDM with immunodeficiency.
