和胃合剂治疗化疗呕吐疗效观察

Observation of Vomit due to Chemotherapy Treated with Hewei Mixture(和胃合剂)

目的 :探讨和胃合剂止吐的疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机对照的方法将 12 9例癌症病人分为治疗组 (和胃合剂组 )63例 ,对照组 (枢丹组 ) 66例 ,分别在化疗前后口服使用 ,观察治疗前后临床症状及心肝肾功能等。结果 :化疗用药同时及化疗后 2周治疗组总有效率 87.3 0 % ,对照组总有效率 89.40 % ,两组比较无明显统计学意义。和胃合剂治疗后患者恶心、呕吐症状消失或明显减轻 ,与使用枢丹药物效果相似 ,但两者价格比为 1∶ 7.2 5。结论 :和胃合剂是一种有效、安全的止吐药物 ,尤其适用于使用致吐程度不太强的化疗药物引起的轻中度呕吐病人及肝肾功能有损害者 ,价格便宜 。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect and security of hewei mixture.Method:129 cases of caner were divided into two groups randomly.63 cases were treated with hewei mixture orally before and after chemotherapy,and 66 cases treated with shudan(枢丹) were set up as the control group.The symptoms of patients were observed and the function of heart liver and kidney were detected in the two groups respectively.Result:In the treatment group,the total effective rate during the course of chemotherapy and two weeks after chemotherapy was 87.30%.And in the control group,it was 89.40%.The difference between the two groups was not notable.The patients had as little symptoms of vomit and nausea in the treatment group as in the control group.But hewei mixture was much cheaper than shudan,the ratio of price of the two drugs was 1∶7.25.Conclusion:Hewei mixture was a safe and effective medicine to treat vomit,especially patients with mild and medium degree of vomit due to chemotherapy and patients with dysfunction of liver and kidney.It can be a substitute for shudan.
