中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓36例

Teatment of Oral Lichen Planus with Integrated TCM and WM

目的 :观察中西医结合疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法 :72例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组和对照组各 3 6例 ,分别采用中西医结合疗法和单纯西药疗法观察疗效。结果 :治疗组痊愈 16例 ,显效 11例 ,好转 7例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 94.44 % ( 95 % CI=80 .0 %～ 99.3 % ) ;对照组痊愈 6例 ,显效 9例 ,好转 13例 ,无效 8例 ,总有效率 77.78%( 95 % CI=60 .9%～ 89.9% ) ;治疗组综合疗效显著高于对照组 ( u=3 .0 62 8,P=0 .0 0 3 9) ;治疗组每治疗 6人 ,可较对照组减少1例无效患者 ( NNT=6,95 % CI=3 .0 6～ 147.0 6)。结论 :中西医结合疗法治疗口腔扁平苔藓疗效高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated TCM and WM on oral lichen planus.Method:72 cases of oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups.36 cases treated with integrated WM and TCM,and 36 cases treated only with WM were set up as the control group.The therapeutic effect in the two groups were observed.Result:In the treatment group,16 cases cured,11 cases effective,7 cases turned better,and 2 cases noneffective.The total effective rate was 94.44%(95%CI=80.0%～99.3%).While in the control group,the number was 6,9,13,8 respectively,the total effective rate was 77.78%(95%CI=60.9%～89.9%).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group significantly(u=3.0628,P=0.0039).Every 6 cases treated in the treatment group could diminish 1 case of inefficiency compared with the control group(NNT=6,95%CI=3.06～147.06).Conclusion:Integrated WM and TCM has good effect on oral lichen planus and can make the therapeutic course shorter.
