摘要
采用有限元方法对螺纹钢筋轧后控冷时的传热行为进行了数学解析 ,并在ANSYS有限元软件的平台上进行二次开发编程 ,对钢筋在控冷过程中的温度场变化进行了计算机仿真 ,所得结果与实测符合得较好 。
Mathematical resolution of the heat transfer during bars control cooling after rolling are investigated by the method of finite element in this paper.And the procedure is designed again on the basis of the ANSYS software.The change of the temperature field is also simulated in the computer during the rebar's cooling.The results of the calculation are agreed well with the measured value and it is suitable to the request of controlling and prediction of the structure property when developing the high intensity bars.
