广西藤茶总黄酮的长期毒性试验

The Rat Chronic Toxicity Test of Total Flavone of Ampelopsis grossedentata from Guangxi

目的 :观察广西藤茶总黄酮对大鼠长期毒性试验的影响。方法 :广西藤茶总黄酮以 1.5 g/ kg和 0 .3g/ kg(为临床日用量的 5 0倍和 10倍 )剂量给大鼠连续灌服 12周 ,停药 2周 ,分别测量大鼠体重 ,计算脏器系数 ,测定血液学和血液生化学指标 ,并作组织病理学检查。结果 :广西藤茶总黄酮大小剂量组动物的外观行为 ,体重 ,脏器系数 ,血液学和生化学指标 ,与空白对照组比较 ,均无明显差异 ;病理检查未见与药物毒性相关的明显病变 ,停药后也未见药物延迟性毒性反应。结论 :广西藤茶总黄酮长期用药对大鼠无明显毒性 。

Objective:To observe the effects of total flavone of Ampelopsis Grossedentata from Guangxi(GXTF) on the rat chronic toxicity test.Methods:The rats were orally given for 12 weeks with the doses of 1.5g/kg and 0.3g/kg (being 50 and 10 times of clinic dose ) and for 2 weeks of stopping adiministration, the rat weights, organ coefficients, the indexes of hemotology and biochemistry were determined , and the pathological examination were carried out.Results: The outer appearance and behavior, weights, organ coefficients, the indexes of hemotology and biochemistry in rats has no significant difference by comparing with control group; the pathological examination was not discovered significant pathological changes with relation of drug toxicity and the delayed toxicity reaction in stopping adiministration later. Conclusion: The GXTF has no significant toxicity for long-term adiministration in rats, and infers that the drawing up doses in clinic will be safe.
