摘要
并购行为目前在世界范围内上演的如火如荼 ,然而并购活动能够有效实现价值增值目的的却不是很多。从心理契约这一研究角度出发 。
M&A behaviors is increasing popular today. However, few cases have realized the purpose of adding value during the M&A. Based on the psychological contract theory, the research tries to study some psychological factors affecting the incremental value during the M&A process.
