武汉地区不同等级医院3年用药动态分析

An Analysis of Medication by Hospitals of Various Ranks in the Area of Wuhan in 1999～2001

目的 :进一步了解武汉地区医院用药动态。方法 :将医院按等级划分 ,对 1999～ 2 0 0 1年医院用药情况进行统计分析。结果 :3年中购药金额呈逐年增长趋势 ,三级医院年增幅低于其它等级医院 ;水、热量、电解质平衡药 ,抗恶性肿瘤药 ,影响生长代谢机能药等用药量增加显著 ,抗感染药在其它等级医院中用药比例较高 ;质优价廉的国产药品用药比例逐年提高。结论 :医改政策的实施正在逐步取得成效 ,但目前尚未对医院药品消费产生重大影响。疗效确切、质优价廉的国产药市场前景广阔。

Objective: To understand the status of the medications by hospitals in Wuhan area.Mehtod: The medications by the hospitals of various ranks were collected and analyzed.Result: In the 3 years the money to purchase drugs presented an tendency of a yearly increase. The annual increase of the other hospitals was higher than those of hospitals of the third rank. The consumption of water, calorie, electrolytic equilibium drugs, antineoplastics drugs and drugs affecting metabolism were remarkably increased. The proportion of the medication of antimicrobials was higher than that of the hospitals of the other ranks. The consumption of cheap national drugs of high quality was increased year by year.Conclusion: Though the implementation of the policy of the medical reform was presenting its efficiency, it did not produce any big effect on the consumption of hospital drugs. However, the future of the market of some national drugs with good medication, high quality and reasonable price was wide and bright
