大型托圈焊接变形控制的研究

Studies on Deformation Controlling of Large Bracket Circle

介绍了制造大型锻焊结构———托圈的工艺方法。托圈采用分段、对称、多层多道等多种焊接工艺成形,通过调整焊接顺序,控制托圈耳轴同轴度的变化,使其达到设计要求。

This paper introduces the welding technology of making large bracket circle.The bracket circle is formed by segments,symmetrical,multilayer and multiprocessing welding.In the process of forming,the welding or-der was adjusted to control the variation of trunnion concentricity with bracket circle to get the design requirement.
