摘要
MGTY250/500—1.1D电牵引采煤机,是我厂为开滦矿务局吕家坨煤矿设计的采煤机。本台采煤机采用多电机横向布置,交流变频调速方式,本项目关键部件之一摇臂在设计过程中攻克了一道道难关,采用了一些简明、新颖的设计思想,并对以前采煤机容易出现的薄弱环节进行了针对性的改进,这些内容将在文章中作详细的叙述,以供同行参考。
MGTY250/500-1.1D electric traction coal-winning machine is the newest manufactured short one designed for Lüjiatuo Coal Mine,Kailuan Mining Bureau.It is multi-motor cross distributed,Ac converter speed regulation.One of the key parts rocker-arm adopts some of simple and new design ideas.Each difficulty was overcome during design,and improved the weak link appeared in past machines.Following is the de-tails for reference.
