摘要
通过对轧机变速箱中斜齿轮齿面出现剥落现象的研究分析,查明了原因是:由于有效硬化层薄,有效硬化层中残余奥氏体量大,且存在严重断续网状碳化物,心部硬度也不足,从而降低了斜齿轮的耐磨性能和耐疲劳性能。
By analysis of teeth surface peeling finds out that too thin hardened surface,large quantity of residu-al austenite and net carbide existed intermittent ly,low hardness in the center reduces abradability and fatigue re-sis tance.
