相转移催化在芳香氟化反应中的应用

Applications of Phase Transfer Catalysis in Aromatic Fluorination Reaction

介绍芳香氟化物制备方法,芳胺重氮化/热分解法、卤素交换法,氟化反应中4种常用的相转移催化剂冠醚、季铵盐、四苯基膦盐、聚乙二醇,及在氟化反应中的应用。对氟化反应相转移催化剂的发展方向进行了初步探讨。

Arylamine diazotization, thermal decomposition, halogen exchange for aromatic fluoride preparation, four kinds of commonly used phase transfer catalysts crown ether, quaternary ammonium salt, tetraphenyl phosphonium salt, polyethylene glycol and their applications in fluorination reaction are introduced. Developing trends of phase transfer catalysts for fluorination reaction are also explored.
