甲苯二异氰酸酯交联聚乙烯醇类环保粘合剂

摘要 采用正交实验法探讨在水基中甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)交联聚乙烯醇(PVA)的反应。结果表明少量TDI的加入,较大程度地提高PVA胶水的粘结性能和耐水性能,同时还探讨了PVA的含量、TDI的加入量、催化剂-X和交联反应的温度等对该粘合剂性能的影响,从反应原理和反应后游离TDI的量的检测结果说明其对环境和人体健康无明显影响。 The cross-linking reaction between polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in water basal body was studied. It was found that the addition of small amount of TDI can greatly improve the water-resistant and gluey character of PVA glue. The influence of PVA, TDL catalyze-x and temperature of the reaction was discussed. The reacion principle and the remainder of free TDI after reaction indicate that the adhesive dose not have evident effect on environment and human's health.
