经过十余年的动荡与混乱,俄国技术哲学界逐渐形成了比较稳定的两个流派:沿袭过去传统的工程的技术哲学和面向西方主流的人文的技术哲学。前者对待技术的态度多是建设性的,后者则是批判性的。由于历史的缘故,今天的俄国学者不可能将苏联技术哲学完全抛弃,因此在工程的技术哲学方向上做了大量的研究工作,其研究成果对我国的技术哲学研究具有重要的启发和借鉴意义。
