摘要
本文对应用语音卡和微机构建呼叫中心的完整实现方案作了较为详细的论述。通过该方案的实施,可建设一个具有较高性价比特点的呼叫中心,全面提高企业对客户的服务质量。
In this paper,desig n and implement of Call Center based on voice card and microcomputer is dis-cussed in detail.With this solution,we developed a call center with hig h performance /cost ratio,and improved the quality of customer service for our company.
