黎锦熙先生用张之洞名著《书目答问》一书作教材给北平师范大学国文系一年级学生讲述"要籍目录"课程的情况是:一、将重点书籍四部分类法号码改换为图书十进分类法号码,以明古今分类法之不同。二、从《书目答问》的著录中选介学生应购、应读、应看之典籍,并予以评论。三、将选介典籍分为三等,各以符号标记之。四、补充张著未著录之重要典籍。

This paper expounds how Li Jinxi used Shu Mu Da Wen written by Zhang Zhidong as the textbook for lecturing course 'the catalogue of the important books' in the Chinese Department of Beiping Normal University. 1. He adopts the decimal system of classfication of the key books in the place of the classification by means of Sibu; 2. From Shu Mu Da Wen, he selects and comments on the important books and records and recommends them to students for reading; 3. He marks the selected books in three grades; 4. He adds the important books that are not included in Shu Mu Da Wen
