An improved synthesis of 4-phenylmethoxy phenylacetic acid

目的 改进 4 -苯甲氧基苯乙酸的合成方法。方法 以对羟基苯乙酸为原料 ,经一步反应制得目标产物。结果 所得目标化合物质量与文献一致 ,收率达 90 %。结论 新的合成方法时间短 ,后处理简便 ,收率高 。

OBJECTIVE To improve the synthesis route of 4-phenylmethoxy benzeneacetic acid.METHODS With 4-hydroxy phenylacetic acid as the material, the target product is obtained by one step.RESULTS The recovery was 90%.CONCLUSION The new method has a shorter reaction time, higher yield and can be used for large scale preparation.
