目的 合成扎托洛芬。方法 以邻氯苯乙酮为原料制备 10 ,11-二氢二苯并 [b ,f]硫杂 艹卓 - 10 -酮 ,经Friedel-Crafts等八步反应制得扎托洛芬。结果 总收率 9.3%。结论 该方法可用来制备扎托洛芬。

OBJECTIVE To synthesize Zaltoprofen.METHODS It was synthesized from 2-chloroacetophenone to 10,11-dihydrodibenzothiepin-10-ketone,via eight steps including Friedel-Crafts reaction.RESULTS The total yield is 9.3% with good quality.CONCLUSION Zaltoprofen can be synthesized by the procedures.
