四阶导数分光光度法测定感冒通片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量

Determination of chlorphenamine maleate in Ganmao Tong tablets by fourth-order derivative spectrophotometry

目的 建立复方制剂感冒通片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量测定方法。方法 不经分离 ,采用四阶导数紫外分光光度法直接测定。结果 在 2 4 0～ 2 80nm波长范围内 ,波长间隔 4nm ,以 2 6 3± 1nm的振幅值计算 ,在 0 .5～ 5 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为D =5 .74C - 0 .36 5 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 98.2 5 % ,RSD =1.19% ,n =6。结论 所用方法简便、快速、准确 。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the assay of chlorphenamine maleate in Ganmao Tong tablets without previous separation.METHODS A fourth-order derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used by scanning in the range of 240-280 nm with the wavelength interval of 4 nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship of the concentration of chlorphenamine maleate in the range of 0.5-50 μg·ml -1 when the amplitudes D at 263±1 nm was used as quantitative parameter.The regression equation was D=5.74 C -0.365 with r =0.9999. The average recovery was 98.25% and the relative standard deviation was 1.19%( n =6). CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for the quality control of Ganmao Tong tablets.
