HPLC测定天胡荽愈肝片中齐墩果酸的含量

Determination of oleanolic acid in Tianhusui Yugan tablets by HPLC

目的 采用HPLC测定天胡荽愈肝片中齐墩果酸的含量。方法 色谱柱为C18柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 1%磷酸 (80∶2 0 ) ,UV检测波长为 2 10nm。结果 线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率为 10 1 5 7% (n =6 )。结论 所用方法分离良好 。

OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of oleanolic acid in Tianhusui Yugan tablets.METHODS An HPLC method was used with the following conditions C 18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (80∶20),detection wavelength was 210 nm.RESULTS This method showed a good linear relationship.The average recovery was 101.57%( n =6).CONCLUSION This method showed a good resolution and reliablity.
