吡喹酮对血吸虫肝纤维化小鼠肝脏TGF-β_1和胶原表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究吡喹酮对血吸虫病肝纤维化小鼠肝脏TGF β1和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原表达的影响及其抗纤维化机制。方法 制备血吸虫病肝纤维化小鼠模型 ,应用免疫组化染色方法和多媒体彩色病理图文分析系统观察吡喹酮治疗前后肝脏TGF β1和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原定量表达的变化。结果 吡喹酮治疗组与感染组比较 ,TGF β1,Ⅰ ,Ⅲ型胶原含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化小鼠可降低其肝脏TGF β1和Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的含量而发挥抗肝纤维化作用。 Objective To study the effects of praziquantel on the expression of hepatic TGF β 1,type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen in schistosomiasis mice with liver fibrosis and its anti fibrosis mechanism.Methods Immunohistochemical technique and multimedia color pathographic analysis system were applied to observe the expression of hepatic TGF β 1,type I and type III collagen in schistosomiasis mice with liver fibrosis before and after praziquantel treatment.Results Compared with infected group,praziquantel can significantly reduce the content of TGF β 1,type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen in schistosomiasis mice with liver fibrosis.Conclusion Praziquantel can significantly reduce the content of hepatic TGF β 1,type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen in schistosomiasis mice with liver fibrosis,thereby,plays its role against hepatic fibrosis.
