摘要 利用一种温敏水凝胶作为毛细管电泳的填充介质 ,建立了毛细管电泳免疫分析血清中雌三醇的方法。研究了缓冲溶液的浓度和pH值、水凝胶的浓度、电压等因素对分析结果的影响。雌三醇的检出限和线性范围分别为 3 1 .6ng L和 5 0~ 5 0 0 0ng L。 A kind of thermally linear polymer-poly-N-isopropylacrylamide (PNIPA) was packed into capillary electrophoresis, which can be used to separate bound and free estroil antigen. A useful method for the determination of estroil in serum by capillary electrophoretic immunoassay was developed. The influence of concentration and pH of buffer, concentration of hydrogel, applied voltage etc. has been studied. The limit of detection and the linear range of estriol were 31.6 ng/L and 50 similar to 5000 ng/L, respectively.
