摘要
通过对知识资本的分析,阐述知识管理是如何提升制造企业核心竞争力的,最后给出一个制造企业实施知识管理项目的过程模型。
The knowledge management (KM) process in the enterprises is analyzed first. Based on the analysis of intellectual capital, it is described how to improve the manufacturing enterprises' competitive power by means of KM. A KM process model for the manufacturing enterprises is provided in the paper.
