摘要
随着对人类基因组织的深入研究,近几年生物电子芯片技术也得以迅速发展。生物细胞的电特性显示有电容、电感和电阻的特性.本文采用阻尼谐振子的量子化方法,对介观生物细胞的等效电路实现了量子化。并讨论了生物电信号的量子涨落.对于生物电子电路芯片的设计考虑量子效应具有指导意义.
In this paper, a quantization scheme for a mesoscopic biological equivalent circuit has been given, in which the canonical transformation and the quantum mechanical treatment of a damped harmonic oscillator are employed .The quantum fluctuation of current and voltage of the circuit is discussed. Because of the advent of the quantum fluctuation of current and voltage of the circuit, the quantum effect of circuit have to be taken into account when the bio-electronic chips with biological cells or biological molecules are made.
