摘要
对蒸发镀膜过程中影响镀膜厚度的因素进行了实验分析 ,并运用CurveExpert软件对实验曲线进行了拟合 。
It is studied in experimental methods in this article how three factors affect the thickness of vapor coating film, and with the help of CurveExpert some conclusions are drawn.
