摘要
对巴比世药酒的酒精度、单宁含量、总固体含量进行了分析研究 ,并对巴比世酒的色度、有效成分、甲醇含量、杂醇油含量、咖啡因含量等进行了定量分析 .
Alcohol degree?tanning?total solid?colour of wine?effective constituents?methanol?fusel oil and caffeine have been determined in the 'Babhsu' wine.The studies made a foundation for determining the quality of the 'Babhsu' wine.
