PROF IBUS-DP在中小型污水处理厂的应用设计

摘要 当前适用于工业应用的网络主要有 DCS局部网络、工业以太网、现场总线网络三种。而现场总线网络实现了现场智能仪表和控制室之间的全数字化、双向、多站点通信 ,发展迅速 ,有取代 DCS的趋势。根据中小型污水处理厂实际控制环境和性能价格比 ,选用PROFIBUS现场总线作为操作员站和各现场控制站之间的通信网络。 PROFIBUS现场总线有 DP、PA、FMS三种系列 ,其中 PROFIBUS-DP是应用于现场级控制的。在组成PROFIBUS-DP的电气网络配置之后 ,利用 STEP7或 COM PROFIBUS对网络组态和参数化 ,由用户按照协议规定编写通信软件 ,可以满足以较低的系统成本取得较高的性能价格比 。 The main industrial networks today are DCS local network, Ethernet and field bus.The field bus is replacing the DCS because of the numerical two\|direction communication between the intellective meter and the control center. Considering the actual control requirement and the ratio of performance to price in a mini\|medium sewage work, this paper compares and analyzes several industrial network patterns, and brings forward a communication network scheme, which is based on PROFIBUS field bus. The PROFIBUS field bus has DP, PA and FMS series. The PROFIBUS\|DP is used in field level control. After building the electrical networks in PROFIBUS\|DP way, setting the networks by STEP 7 or COM PROFIBUS software, and programming the communication software, it will get a high ratio of performance to price, as well as meeting the need of system expanding in the future.
