食管癌术后胸胃穿孔的可能原因探讨

Study on the reasons of gastric perforation after the resection of esophageal carcinoma

目的 探讨食管癌术后胸胃穿孔的可能原因。方法 食管癌术后并发胸胃穿孔 11例 ,处理 7例手术 ,4例保守治疗。结果 9例治愈 ,2例死亡。结论 导致胸胃穿孔的主要原因可能是局部血运障碍造成胃壁坏死穿孔 ,治疗上应早期诊断 。

Objective To investigate the reasons of gastric perforation after resection of esophageal carcinoma.Methods After resection of esophageal carcinoma,11 cases were diagnosed as gastric perforation.Among them 7 patients were managed surgically,the other 4 cases were treated conservatively.Results Nine cases were cured and 2 cases died.Conclusion The reasons of gastric perforation after resection of esophageal carcinoma might be gastric necrosis due to local ischemia.Once the diagnosis is established reoperation should be carried out immediately.
