电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张26例分析

Clinical analysis of electrocoagulation for 26 cases of varicose veins of the lower extremities

目的 评价电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法及疗效。方法 对 2 0 0 0年 10月～ 2 0 0 1年 8月收治的2 6例下肢静脉曲张患者 (计 36条患肢 )采用电凝术治疗 ,术后进行 1年以上随访 ,并对术前、术后的临床资料进行分析。结果 1例术后皮肤出现点状烫伤 ,其余 2 5例顺利康复 ,平均住院时间 7d。结论 电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种疗效确切的微创手术方法 ,为提高疗效 ,减少并发症 。

Objective To evaluate the method and effect of electrocoagulation on varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods The clinical data before and after electrocoagulation of 26 cases(36 legs) from October 2000 to August 2001 were analysed and followed up for more than 1 year after operation.Results All the patients were treated with electrocoagulation of varicose veins.One case developed spotty scald of skin after operation.The other patients recovered well.The average hospitalization time was 7 days.Conclusion Elecrtocoagulation for varicose veins of the lower extremities is a good minimal invasive operation.In order to have good effects and reduce the complications,we should firmly master the indications and the operation during the surgery.
