面对入世后农业发展的形势 ,桂林市农业主管部门应抓紧做好农业生产结构调整、提高农业科技含量、加强基础建设、推广农业产业化经营、狠抓农产品流通、建立农业发展保险机制等方面的工作 ,借入时之机 。
After China's entry into WTO, to quicken the steps of developing agriculture in Guilin, the following factors should be stressed:adjusting agricultural structure, using more scientific techniques in farming,strengthening basic construction, agricultural industrialization, products circulation and establishing insurance mechanism.
