摘要
以某化纤厂侧吹风空调系统为研究对象,探讨了对空调及其自控系统进行故障诊断的方法.该侧吹风系统送风参数为:送风温度(16±1.0)℃,相对湿度(80±3)%,静压(650±5)Pa.应用基于参数估计的方法,利用现场测得的系统正常运行时的输入输出序列,建立了送风温度控制子系统的模型.应用此模型,得到了一种故障状况下的参数实时估计值和模型预测值,将它们和系统无故障时的信息比较,结合现场工程师的经验,检测出温度计的故障.
The fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) method on a supply airconditioning system is developed by integrated utilizing the research fruits on the systems identification and FDD of dynamic systems. The running condition of the system is as follows: temperature (16±1.0) ℃,relative humidity (80±3)%,static pressure (650±5) Pa.Applying parameter estimation methods and a set of data obtained from normal operating conditions, the model of supply air temperature control subsystem is built, which is used to get the online estimate parameters of abnormal conditions and model expectation. By combining them with the experiences of knowledge engineers of the work fields, a kind of thermometer fault is successfully detected.
