摘要
研究了冷却速度(不同铸型)对二元Al 5%Fe合金和Al 10%Fe合金初生Al3Fe相形貌的影响.实验结果表明,冷却速度对Al Fe合金的凝固组织有着明显的影响.耐火保温砖铸造时,初生Al3Fe相为粗大的板片状,而共晶Al3Fe相形状为小针状;砂型铸造时初生Al3Fe相为发达的针片状,共晶Al3Fe相为细小的针状;金属型铸造时初生Al3Fe相为小针片状和针状,此时共晶Al3Fe相在低放大倍数下已不可见.对在不同凝固条件下两种成分合金中的Al3Fe相的面积百分数作了定量分析.
Effect of cooling rate(different mold) on the morphology of primary Al3Fe phase in binary Al5%Fe and Al10%Fe alloy was studied.The experimental results showed that cooling rate had an obvious effect on the microstructure of AlFe alloy.The primary Al\-3Fe phase in the specimen cast in refractory brick mold is thick platelike,eutectic Al3Fe phase is thin needlelike; the primary Al3Fe phase in sand mold is thick needleplate like,the eutectic Al3Fe phase is still thin needlelike; the primary Al3Fe phase in metallic mold is fine needleplate like or needlelike,in the meanwhile,the eutectic Al3Fe phase is invisible under low magnification.It is also analyzed that the area percentage of Al3Fe phase under different molds accounts for the base.
