通过对日本海外派兵问题的由来与发展做了历史性的考察可以看到:一方面美国利用日美安保体制来要求日本为其谋求霸权的战略服务;另一方面日本为了使日美同盟更有效地运行,也为了使自己的国家战略能更好地体现,不断地协调宪法与日美安保体制之间的矛盾,不断发展自己的防卫政策和活动范围。

We'll take a historical study of the Japanese self -defence team's oversea dispatching,including its origin and development.Through the study,we can see that on the one hand,in order to realize its supremacy strategy,the U.S.take advantage of the U.S-Japan security alliance structure to require Japan to make a greater contribution on the defence,and on the other hand,in order to make the U.S.-Japan alliance's structure move effectively and carry ou its state strategy,Japan has been coordinating the contradiction between its constitution and the the U.S-Japan security alliance structures,and exert itself to develop its defence policy and widen its self-defence team's movement scope .
